Remember: there is no parking at Sand In My Boots, so you’ll need to park where you are staying, or hop on the local shuttle for show day transportation.
The Pensacola International Airport (PNS) is just 45 minutes from Gulf Shores and the festival. The airport offers direct non-stop service to and from Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Kansas City, Miami, Nashville, Orlando, Philadelphia, St. Louis, Tampa, and Washington, D.C.
The Mobile Regional Airport (MOB) is 1.5 hours away and offers direct flights to and from Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas and Houston.

When you receive your order, follow the instructions that came with it and register your wristband in the app prior to getting to the festival.

*Guidelines for CamelBak style hydration systems: Although SINGLE POCKET CamelBak style water bladder systems are allowed EMPTY into the venue, the water bladders themselves must be capable of being removed from the carrier and must be transparent enough to allow security to visually inspect the empty bladder. Additionally, CamelBak style bladder carriers must have no more than ONE pocket in addition to the compartment that hold the water bladder. Any CamelBak style water bladders that cannot be removed from the carrier and/or is opaque enough to prevent visual inspection will not be allowed into the festival. Any CamelBak style bladder carriers larger than the permitted size will not be allowed into the festival.
**Guidelines for Medication: Prescription medication must be in a package with a printed prescription label, may only be in a dosage equal to the duration of the Event and government issued photo identification may be requested at entry to confirm the attendee’s identity matches the prescription. Over-the-counter medication is allowed in its original, factory-sealed container.

Sand In My Boots and private security personnel at the entrances reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and non-allowed items.
The event shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies or instrumentalities, artists or the promoter; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings. If any ticket holder does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders or directives, promoter or event terms, conditions or rules, then the promoter or event operator may refuse admission to the event or require the ticket holder to leave the venue and such ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event of an emergency, information may be relayed on the video screens, over the audio system, and/or through mobile notifications via the festival app.
If you need medical assistance, please locate the nearest medical tent or alert a staff member.
If you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or public safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.
All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the festival. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival. By entering the festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements.
