  • What is Sand In My Boots?

    Sand In My Boots is the place to be May 16 - 18, 2025! Three days and nights of music and fun curated by Morgan Wallen, on the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama await. Whether you’re a festival veteran or this is your first rodeo, you can learn so much more about what’s in store on the Experience page of this website.

  • What is the minimum age to attend?

    All ages welcome. 17 and under must be accompanied by a pass-holding adult over the age of 21.

    Children aged 5 and under are admitted FREE if accompanied by a pass-holding parent or guardian. Due to safety concerns, we cannot admit more than 2 children per supervising parent or guardian.

  • What are the entry requirements for guests?

    The following conditions are for guests entering the venue:

    • All guests must have an official Sand In My Boots wristband worn on their wrist.
    • All guests and their belongings are subject to search.
    • Any prohibited item that is surrendered to security at search points will not be returned.
    • Allowed and prohibited lists are subject to change.
    • No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed in or around the venue.
    • Sand In My Boots and private security personnel at the entrances reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and non-­allowed items.
  • Do kids get in free?

    Children aged 5 and under are admitted FREE if accompanied by a pass-holding adult. Due to safety concerns, we cannot admit more than 2 children per supervising adult. Anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

  • What time does Sand In My Boots start each day?

    Sand In My Boots is an all-day event. Music start times vary by day. Lineup, set times, festival hours and venue hours are subject to change.

  • Is there parking at the festival?

    Sand In My Boots does not operate a public parking lot and parking is extremely limited around the festival site. We suggest purchasing a Shuttle Pass to get to and from the festival. The shuttles stop near most of the condo and hotel options in the area and there are also locations where you can park your vehicle and catch a shuttle to the festival.

  • Is Sand In My Boots a cashless event?

    Yes, Sand In My Boots 2025 is a cashless festival.

    ACCEPTED CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
    Any US-issued and most internationally-issued mag stripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or UnionPay logo.

    The following card types are accepted:
    Credit
    Corporate
    Debit (processed like credit)
    Prepaid
    Rewards

    ACCEPTED MOBILE PAYMENTS FOR VENDORS:

  • Can we boat to the festival?

    Due to safety concerns we have an enforced 500 FT NO ­BOATING ZONE off the Sand In My Boots site. However there are miles of beautiful open waters around the site for your boating pleasure.

  • How can I apply for press credentials?

    We are now accepting Media & Press Applications for Sand In My Boots 2025! Submit an application via online form.

  • There are always a lot of artists on the lineup. Will I see all of them perform?

    There is no guarantee you will see all of the artists on the lineup. Many artists will be performing at the same time and some areas will have limited capacities. You should plan accordingly and arrive early if there is a particular performer you really want to see. Also, the lineup is always subject to change (due to weather or any other reason).

  • What should I bring to the festival?

  • What items should I leave at home?

    Please see our list of prohibited items.

  • Can I bring a backpack?

    Clear backpacks no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be thoroughly checked.

  • Can I bring food inside the festival?

    Reasonably priced food (including vegetarian/vegan options) and drinks will be available on site. More information about the food vendors and options will be released prior to the festival. No outside food or beverages are allowed.

  • Is there a Lost & Found?

    Yes, check back closer to the show for more information.

  • When do passes go on sale and how can I buy one ASAP?

    Passes go on sale Friday, October 25 at 10AM CT. You MUST register for access to purchase a pass.

    To get started, click any of the “Register Now” buttons found throughout the website. Fill out the form, and check your SMS and email for confirmation. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder, too!

    Then, on Friday morning, you will receive your unique access code and a link to buy your passes.

  • What type of passes are available?

    Admission tickets will be sold at each tier until that allotment is gone, at which time the price will move to the next price level. Please visit our passes page to review available pass types. 

  • Are payment plans offered for passes?

    Yes, we offer a 25% down payment plan option for your order at checkout, there is a minimum $399 and a maximum purchase limit of $6,500. Please note that payment plans are not available for LIVIN’ THE DREAM passes. Additionally, all payments made under a payment plan will incur a fee of up to $20.   • Do you offer Packages for large groups?

    Yes! Our friends at On Location are standing by to build custom packages for groups of 10 or more music fans. Get started here.

  • Can I pay off my Payment Plan early?

    Sure, please contact Festival Ticketing Purchase Support at 888-361-7328 or sign in to your FanAccount to pay off your payment plan early.

  • I bought a pass, when will I receive my wristband?

    Wristbands will begin shipping in early April.

    Orders unable to be delivered will not be shipped twice under any circumstances and will be available for pickup at will call. The original purchaser's photo ID and the credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup at the box office.

  • Where is the box office and when is it open?

  • What are the Hotel Packages all about?

  • Are payment plans available for Hotel Packages?

  • I don't know where I'm staying yet, can I still buy a Shuttle Pass?

    Yes! We highly encourage you to purchase a shuttle pass in advance even if you don’t know where you’re staying yet. With our ride any line, anytime shuttle pass, you won’t have to worry about choosing a specific shuttle line.

  • How do I update / change my billing address? How do I update / change my credit card?

    Once you’ve purchased your pass, you can manage your order via FanAccount. Sign in to access your FanAccount. Here, you can do things like:

    • Update your shipping address
    • View your payment plan and payment schedule
    • View special offers and upgrades

  • There are passes available on Ebay, Facebook or Craigslist, should I buy them?

    We strongly advise against purchasing passes from any third party reseller. Unfortunately, many of these are already used and/or are counterfeits.
